Clubhouse Reservations

The Creekside Village of Los Gatos Clubhouse may be reserved by any Homeowner (HOA Member) on a first come, first serve basis as often as needed and upon confirmation.

The Creekside Village Clubhouse procedures are as follows:

• The homeowner contacts Professional Association Services (PAS) via email (customerservice@pas-inc.com) for room availability.
• PAS will email homeowner with the door code within (2) days prior to the event.

The homeowner reserving the Clubhouse is responsible for any damage or violation of regulations and/or laws resulting from and related to the event for which the reservation was made. The hours available for use are 9:00AM to 10:00PM, seven (7) days a week.

Homeowners and their guests may not cause a nuisance to other residents. This includes, but is not limited to, noise, noise producing activities and noxious or other offensive activities. At no time are noise producing activities to occur between 10:00PM and 9:00AM.
